The following link for a Misery Mountain membership application form can be used by you and your family for the 2005/2006 ski season. Please print this form on your printer and complete all the information. Then just bring this application to the lodge where you can pay the appropriate fees or mail it to us at the address below. Please be sure to bring a current photograph for your ski passes of yourself and the family members that will be skiing with us this year. Also at this time you will have to sign a waiver form.
